One of the best places to buy a uncooked goat for "ataud" cooking, it includes the insides and head if your in to that.

Lleve a mi padre a festejar sus 93 años de vida junto con 10 integrantes de la familia. El pidio una riñonada y pues no había. Le ofrecieron un guisado de cabrito pero la porción fue muy poca tenía más hueso que carne. El resto de los platillos estaban aceptables mollejas, tacos de fajitas.
